Returns Policy

We warranty our products will operate properly for the purpose they are intended. We will accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of the product so please inspect your order as soon as possible. It is always a good idea to keep the packaging for large items such as televisions for the duration of the warranty. Other Items need not be in original packaging.
After 30 days the manufacturers warranty may be in affect. Please read manufacturers warranty to understand your rights under their warranty.
Products are shipped from different warehouses and must be returned to the warehouse it was shipped from. Please e-mail sales@whizardworks.com for return instructions and address. You may use the feedback form under "Contact Us" to request the proper shipping address. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you want credit or replacement.
If a return is damaged in transit the sender will be directed to contact the delivery agent (UPS, U.S. Mail, Federal Express, etc.) for remuneration. Be sure to insure the package adequately.
A 15% restocking fee may be applied after 24 hours of receiving the delivery depending on the reason for the return. This may include but is not limited to "Wrong Item Ordered", "Wrong Color Ordered", "Wrong Size Ordered", and other customer ordering errors. Shipping fees are never credited.
